What should I do if I can't receive the verification code by email or cell phone?

1. I can't receive verification code emails

①The verification code email is misjudged as spam

Solution: Go to spam folder to find out if there is any verification code email sent by "CFMOTO".

②The email address of "CFMOTO" is blacklisted.

Solution: Remove the email address of "CFMOTO" from the black list and add it to the white list. 

 

2. Reasons for not receiving verification code on cell phone

①Phone security software interception, if so, please temporarily close the blocking function and receive the verification code again.

②Inbox is too full or the phone memory is not enough, need to restart after emptying

③The area where the signal is not good or receive text messages at the time of shutdown state

④Dual card dual standby phone, AB card slot is correctly placed (you can try to replace the AB card location to retry)

⑤ Long time no shutdown, try to shutdown and reboot and try again

⑥The phone is in arrears
