1. Make sure that you have a data traffic package from your mobile network operator or that Wi-Fi is available to access the Internet.

2. Make sure that the signal strength of the Wi-Fi or data network is good and that the device is connected to the appropriate network.

3. Open a web page in your device's browser to check if the content loads. If it does, your device is connected to the Internet. 

4. Reboot your device.
