1 Function Introduction

If you no longer use CFMOTO RIDE account, you can request to delete it. After complete deletion:

(1) You will no longer be able to log in and use this CFMOTO RIDE account.

(2) All data in the CFMOTO RIDE account will be erased or anonymized and cannot be recovered.

(3) The account cannot be recovered after logging out, if you want to use CFMOTO RIDE again, you need to register a new account.

2 Logout process

(1) Click [My-Settings-Account and Security-Cancel Account] in the app to start the deletion process.

(2) After the logout is completed, the CFMOTO RIDE account will be automatically logged out on all devices.

Note: After submitting the deletion application, the cooling-off period is 15 days. If you use the account to log in and cancel the deletion application within the cooling-off period, you can terminate the deletion process. After the cooling-off period, the account will be completely deleted and cannot be restored.
