Vehicle cannot be paired

1. Only vehicles equipped with T-box can be successfully paired to the APP, T-box is optional when you purchase the vehicle, please confirm whether your vehicle is equipped with T-box.

2. If your vehicle has T-box but you cannot pair, please contact the official after-sales feedback.

3. If you receive a message told you the vehicle has been paired, please contact the official after-sales service to apply for unpairing.
